Our Approach
We treat environmental, social and governance factors as part of investment risk and value, not as a separate exercise. Where a factor is material to an asset's performance, resilience or licence to operate, it is assessed in diligence and managed through ownership with the management team.
Our approach is proportionate: the depth of assessment reflects the size of the position, the sector and the influence we hold. We do not claim to apply a single standard to every asset.

Climate and transition risk, energy and resource intensity, and physical asset resilience are assessed during diligence and monitored through ownership.
Social
Workforce safety, employment practices, customer outcomes and community impact are reviewed as part of our operating agenda with management teams.
Governance
Board composition, controls, data protection, conflicts and compliance frameworks are set out at entry and reviewed at each board cycle.
